As you might know, if you are following the Convergence buzz, Microsoft really stepped up its Social game this year. Convergence 2013 has things like the Social Command Center, Social Media Wall and more.
Although I’ve had the opportunity to participate in that social experience this year, and could share some of the details with you, I thought you might appreciate learning more about how Microsoft is raising the social bar from the one and only Social Maven herself, Kelly Rigotti.
