As most know, the Q2 Service Release for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is coming with some exciting new features to include enhanced social capability, cross browser support, solution templates, mobility, enhanced BI & Analytics and more.
Previously we’ve had access only to blogs, release guides and articles but today that changes with the “What’s New Video” from Microsoft’s Senior Product Manager, Reuben Krippner, Twitter @reubenk.
This is a quick 45 minute video but provides a nice overview of the new feature set you can expect.
