Error message when you try to go offline in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook

I ran into an issue today that has been around for some time.  The issue is related to Offline synchronization of the CRM Outlook Client.  The event viewer error will show a series of error messages with the first of the series showing something like this:
 
Message: The bulk load failed. The column is too long in the data file for row 1, column 54. Verify that the field terminator and row terminator are specified correctly. Procedure: LineNumber:
 
The issue is related to the length of an ntext field and the fix is to install the applicable Service Pack for the SQL Server Express edition running on the computer.  Installing a Service Pack is easy enough.  My challenge was that I couldn’t seem to find the right service pack to install.  This article by Jim Steger on the Microsoft Team Blog, provided the information I needed.
