- 971355 Additional line feeds are created unexpectedly in e-mail messages that are created by a workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
- 972150 Properties of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router unexpectedly return to their default settings
- 972501 The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook does not load the toolbar
